Adam Rowe, age 17, of McCook, NE passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 in McCook.

Adam was born July 17, 2000 in McCook, NE to parents Thomas and Lorraine (Derick) Rowe.

Adam attended St. Patrick’s Catholic School until the eighth grade and then McCook High School.

Adam was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.  As a typical teenager Adam enjoyed playing video games with his friends and had over a ten thousand song play list.  Throughout his life he enjoyed fishing, camping and bonfires.  He shared his dad’s love of cooking, grilling.  Adam and Tom will be remembered for the large gardens they grew each summer.

Adam was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Rowe; grandmother, Joan Carter and grandfather, Kenneth Rowe.

Those left to mourn his loss are mother, Lorraine Rowe; sister, Abby Rowe, both of McCook; grandparents, Patricia (Randy) Dishman of Gothenburg, and Amber Rowe of Arapahoe, CO; uncles, Joshua (Jackie) Dishman of Lincoln, NE, Ricky Derick and Corey (Crystal) Carter both of Bowling Green, KY; aunts, Kerrie (Eugene) Witt of McCook, Mindy (Joel) Buntemeyer of Omaha, NE, Sharon (Dan) Seeberger of Hanover, KS, and Lorie (Ronnie) Whetzel of Richmond, VA.  Also surviving are several cousins, extended family members and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 3 PM to 8 PM at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home in McCook.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father Thomas Schultes & Father Gary Brethour officiating.

Burial with will follow at 2:30 PM at Fort McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell, NE.

Memorials are suggested in Adam’s name to be designated at a later date.
