Charles "Chuck" Stetler

Charles “Chuck” Stetler, age 78, of Trenton, NE passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in McCook, NE.
Chuck was born December 15, 1937 in Barberton, Ohio to parents Charles and Delores Stetler. Growing up in Akron, Ohio Chuck was one of three brothers.
On November 19, 1977 Chuck married Donna (Toombs) Stetler in McCook.
Chuck and Donna lived in Lincoln, NE from 1978 to 2010 before making Trenton their home.
Throughout his life, Chuck enjoyed fishing, woodworking and gardening. He was also as avid Husker fan. Chuck was a member of the Stratton Church of Christ.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Donna; his son, Matthew and Tony Stetler of Tempe, AZ; his two daughters, Dawn Carmody of Lincoln, NE and Shelley and Kim Hansen of North Bend, NE; his two brothers, Robert and Eva Stetler of Colorado Springs, CO and David and Betty Stetler of Akron, OH; as well as his three grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren and Addison Martin of Lincoln, NE.
A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held at the McCook Church of Christ Annex, located on the corner of 7th and H Street, on Saturday, November 12, 2016 beginning at 12 PM.
