Denise "Dianne" (Folgate) Miller

Denise Dianne Miller, age 66, of Palisade, NE passed away on Tuesday May 26, 2020 at Great Plains Health Hospital in North Platte, NE.

Dianne was born September 30, 1953 in St. Joseph, Missouri to parents Edward Nelson and Alma Beatrice (Davis) Folgate.  She was one of two daughters born to this union.

On May 1, 1976, Dianne married Max Richard “Dick” Miller in Chandler, AZ.  The couple became parents to three children: Bud, Candy and Maria.

In 1997, the family moved to Palisade.  In April of 1998, Dianne began a 22 year career with Walmart in McCook and was a Department Manager at the time of her death.  Dianne loved her job, but more so her family and made many sacrifices for them.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dick in July of 2019 and one sister, Linda Jackson.

Those left to celebrate her life include a son, Bud (Tammy) Miller of Falls City, NE; two daughters, Candy Martin of Palisade and Maria (Luis) Acosta of Mesa AZ; five grandchildren; two step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and other extended family members.
