F. Louise "Weezie" Herron

F. Louise “Weezie” Tucker-Herron, age 83, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at El Dorado Manor in Trenton.

Louise was born on April 4, 1933 in Hayes Center, NE to Nathan and Dorothy (French) McNutt.   She graduated from Hayes Center High School in 1950 and then attended college for two years.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Alter Society, and Rebekah Lodge.

Louise enjoyed cooking, quilting, embroidery, camping and doing activities with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Debra Lau and husband, Doug of Imperial, Dari Olson and husband, Jim of McCook; sons, Raymond Tucker and wife, Pam of Stillwater, PA, Kevin Tucker of McCook; step-son, John Herron and wife, Pam of McCook; sister, Norma Cox of Hayes Center, Doris Bryson of Texas; 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Darryl and John; brother, Bob; sister, Bonnie; grandson, Trent Davis.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. with Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2016 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father Gary Brethour as Celebrant.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in McCook.

Memorials may be given in her name to El Dorado Manor, PO Box 97, Trenton, NE 69044.
