Obituary
James Eugene "Jim" Austin of McCook died Sunday, September 14, 2014 at Community Hospital.
Jim was born on August 22, 1943 to parents, Stanley E. and Florence E. (Behnke) Austin at Norfolk, Virginia. He moved to McCook with his parents in 1948. He graduated from McCook High School in 1961.
Jim was a supervisor for Southwest Area Training Services until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his son, Kim Austin and wife, Mary, of McCook; and brother, Tim Austin of Anaheim, CA.
Jim's wishes were to be cremated with no services.
