Jane (Barber) McCabe, age 71, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015 at El Dorado Nursing Home in Trenton.

She was born July 28, 1943 in Peterborough, England to Robert George and Constance (Hanger) Barber.

Jane moved to the United States in 1968 and settled in McCook.

On April 27, 1976 she married Donald R. McCabe in Montrose, CO.

Jane loved her flower gardens, reading, crocheting and fishing with her husband and family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Donald.

Survivors include her sons, Andrew (Michelle) Ullom of McCinnville, OR, Stephen Ullom of Victoria, British Columbia; daughters, Anita Slaughter of Amity, OR, Diane Ullom of Vancouver, WA; sister, Margaret Beautiman of England; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in her name to the charity of one’s choice.
