Jeanette Haugen

Jeanette Haugen, age 58, of McCook, NE passed away on December 25, 2017 at the Community Hospital in McCook, NE.
Jeanette was born December 9, 1959 in Fort Carson, Colorado to parents Robert Lee and Lorraine Ellen (Healy) Haugen. She was one of two daughters born to this union.
In 1996, Jeanette married Mike Murray in San Antonio, Texas. The couple later relocated in McCook. While living in McCook, Jeanette was employed by the Bureau of Reclamation as a Budget Analyst.
Jeanette was a member of the Catholic Faith. She loved all animals, especially her dogs. Together, Jeanette and Mike enjoyed riding bicycles and motorcycles. The couple shared a love for the outdoors and participated in many outdoor activities which included cycling, skiing and tennis. Outdoor cycling races were one of Jeanette’s favorite pastimes.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her sister.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Murray of McCook; as well as her father, Robert (Pat) Haugen of Rapid City, SD and her mother, Lori (Ken) Wagner of Texas.
