Sarah L. Nelson Witt, age 43, of Kearney, NE passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022 in Kearney, NE.

Sarah was born November 4, 1978 in Grant, NE to parents Billie Dean and Colleen F. (Moreau) Witt.  She was one of three siblings.  Sarah was a lifetime member of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary, Palisade Post.  She attended the Church of God in Trenton, NE.

Sarah was preceded in death by her father, Bill Witt; her brother, Bryan Witt; her step-father, Melvin McVicker, and her grandparents.

Those left to celebrate her life include her children, Cory Yoder of Grand Island, NE, Romeo Dirk of Palisade and Zander Nelson, Jesse Nelson, Dawn (Lucas) Tvrdy, Dana Yoder and Krystall Dirk, all of Kearney; mother, Colleen McVicker of Palisade; brother, Dennis (Sebrina) Witt of Texas; five grandchildren, James, Suzy, Braxton, Alexander and Athena; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and extended family members.
